Heat pump or HVAC
SG Ready contacts, EEBUS or Modbus, whatever the unit offers.
Heat pumps are the largest flexible load in many buildings. mini-OTG connects them to your platform through whichever interface the unit offers, from SG Ready dry contacts to EEBUS and Modbus, so you can monitor them and shift their consumption.
Discuss your integration
Older units only offer SG Ready contacts. Newer ones add EEBUS or a Modbus register map, and every manufacturer implements them slightly differently. A flexibility or tariff-optimization product has to handle all three to reach a meaningful share of homes and buildings.
mini-OTG handles the interface locally: relay outputs for SG Ready operating states, EEBUS over the site network, and Modbus RTU or TCP where the unit exposes it. Your platform receives state and consumption, and sends the operating mode or setpoint it wants.
Paired with the grid meter on the same gateway, your platform sees the building load and the heat pump together, which is what dynamic tariffs and grid-congestion programmes need.
Product capability, not a compatibility list. We qualify exact models, firmware and profiles against your deployment.
An installer configures the gateway on its local web server and enters your endpoint and credentials. Data goes straight to your platform. No mini-OTG cloud sits in between.

State, consumption and alarms in your schema.
Operating mode or setpoint back to the unit.
SG Ready is a two-contact interface that sets a heat pump into one of four operating states, from blocked to forced on. mini-OTG can drive those contacts from your platform's commands, alongside EEBUS and Modbus for units that offer richer control.
Units exposing SG Ready, EEBUS or Modbus are within the product scope. Each model and firmware version is qualified against the functions you need during the evaluation.
Yes. One gateway can read the meter over P1, HAN or Modbus and connect the heat pump, so your platform receives both in one stream.
DIN-rail smart meter gateway for the P1 or HAN port (DSMR, eMUCS-P1, Modbus). Live meter data straight to your MQTTS broker, WebSocket or HTTPS API.
Live grid-connection data and charger state for dynamic load balancing in your CSMS or EMS. P1, Modbus, OCPP and EEBUS on one white-label gateway.
Read PV inverters, battery storage and the grid meter over Modbus RTU/TCP and deliver to your EMS via MQTTS, WebSocket or HTTPS. No middle cloud.
